Course Overview:
The way we interpret events and assign meaning to them greatly influences our emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. This course is designed to help participants harness the power of their minds by learning to assign empowering meanings to experiences, challenges, and setbacks. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and positive psychology principles, participants will develop the skills to reframe their thinking patterns and cultivate a mindset of resilience, growth, and empowerment.
Course Duration: 6 Weeks (1 module per week)
Module 1: Understanding the Power of Meaning
- Introduction to the concept of meaning-making and its impact on perception
- Exploring how assigning meanings shapes emotions and behaviors

Module 2: Identifying Limiting Beliefs
