Refund Policy for Cancellation of Courses and Workshops

Courses:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your course for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 days: The refund request must be submitted through our Refund Request Form or by contacting our Customer Support Email – info@inkpot.tech within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Limited content access: You must have accessed less than 50% of the course content, including videos, modules, quizzes, and downloadable materials.
  • No downloaded materials: You must not have downloaded any of the course materials, such as PDFs, workbooks, or templates.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Individual modules or lessons purchased separately may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Bonus materials or add-ons may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Lifetime access plans or discounted bundles may have different refund policies, which will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.

Reason for Refund:

You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request. However, we appreciate it if you could share your feedback briefly (optional) to help us improve our courses.

Refund Process:

  • Submit your refund request through the designated channel as mentioned above.
  • We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
  • If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Workshops:

Please note that all workshops are non-refundable. Due to the limited availability and personalized nature of workshops, we are unable to offer refunds once your registration is confirmed.
